You can just buy a wireless wifi 6E adapter external for around $30 and save yourself all the trouble. Internals are as cheap as $20. If it had at least 2 or 3 ports to hook up multiple I would say worth it, but single port meh...
Note this thing does consume > 7 watts per device (175Wh / 24 hours, from the review below), so > 14 watts total. That would translate to >$40 per year (rough number), in my area (with very high electricity rate), which is more than the price of the equipment.

If I were to upgrade the wireless backhaul to wired backhaul, but with low power consumption, I would consider using a thin, clear optical cable, which is nearly invisible when I run them on the wall (near crown molding and alike). The switches that support optical port have generally very low power consumption, similar to copper cable ethernet switch.

I placed the satellite in the same location I have a linksys ln1301 satellite which uses a 5ghz backhaul. Connected an ethernet cable to a laptop to test the speeds on each. On the linksys I was getting around 400-500 mbps. On the arris 6e it was maxing out my 1 gigabit internet connection.
