Would this work on blackberry bramble? I've been going through string trimmer line at a ridiculous rate, and the stuff keeps coming through the fence from next door, growing inches every day. For consideration, there's also honeysuckle, sweet clematis, English ivy, and what might be a jasmine in the mix... this is pretty light, but I already have a half dozen of these batteries, with multiple tools (drill/drivers, mini circular saw, light duty string trimmer, aerator) so the brand works for light stuff for me.

Easy should work. I've been using this same one from 2014 on the same battery and this thing works like a champ! I've pretty much trimmed anything and everything and it never gave me a problem. I have never cleaned or maintained it and it still works great.

Same here. I do throw some oil on the blade about once a year and that's all. Been going for about 10 years.

You should spray that area, reach over that fence or walk over and hit it hard! Bio? brand brush killer, I think triclopyr is the main ingredient. Cut the brambles or whatever and spray. I think they are suppose to be dug out to totally leave the area. We can try our best to fight

Could mix the biobrand w 1/2 gallon or gallon in the dedicated, "kill everything" sprayer. add 1/4 or 1/2 of diesel w it. Wait a month..hit it again. It's your World to protect your line.... In the fall, just use the brush killer to spray the creeping Charlie or ivy, if it in your grass. Charlie needs to be in the cooler or end of the heat, where it's struggling. A lil spot spray, will wilt/kill it in that year or next w a repeat spot spray

Would it be better to add a few bucks and get the longer, 22 or 24 hedge trimmer?? This is just two short, in my opinion, once u use the longer trimmer...quicker. I still have my BLK and Becker for 13 years. Sane with the 20volt sprayer
