It doesn't agree with my gut health. This has far less than the cold brew coffee that wrecked me for a week until I figured it out, a 6 pack slick deal about a year ago.

Research on stevia has been mixed. It looks like there is potential to impact your gut microbiome, but recent research has put that in question. What is not inconclusive is that it produces GI issues for many people for whatever reason. If value can be extrapolated from tests on rats, those that are administered stevia (in sizeable batches) become obese at a higher rate than the control population. I've seen many just recommend sticking with monk fruit extract, as it is generally better tolerated and has a more palatable taste. YMMV. My goal is not to avoid sugar, just to consume less when I'm not using it for athletic purposes.
