Just because it will "flush", which does kind of make it "flushable", doesn't mean it won't destroy your plumbing situation, so...
Cottonelle does Fall Apart. There's tests on YouTube, every brand failed except for Scott and Cottonelle, Scott was the best but they quit. Cottonelle is on par with some of the less degradable toilet papers out there, so if you're only using a wipe or two with each flush there's definitely no issue.
my plumber says never flush these never !

But you can toss them in the trash. Bury them in coffee grounds.

It completely dissolves in water, put one in a glass of water and see what happens to it after a little while. Safe to flush, much more so than TP!

I am getting $1.50 off on either one time or S&S. S&S additional 5% off, not 15%.

Got it for $9.55 somehow. Useful for camping and not real plumbing because there is so much controversy.

Well I hope your landlord has a policy in his lease for the tenant to pay the plumber if these are found in system causing issues. Or if you own, prepare to shell out some cash at some point.

Is this better than the Walmart brand flushables? Those seem to be a bit cheaper.

Yes, these are great for camping. I grabbed this pack to share with our group of 12 that is going to an extended music festival soon - camping out for 6 nights and largely relying on porto-potties with limited shower facilities. Half of these wipes will probably end up being used on feet and other body parts rather than strictly for bathroom duty. We don't mind getting a little dirty but these help with not being filthy because of the combination of heat/sweat and dust or mud.

Have been using these for about a year, and as much as I love them, an inspector while selling our house discovered that these wipes have clogged our pipes and we will need a plumber to unclog them.
