This game will be $15 by Christmas. I'd just wait.
It's saving $20, and it's not worth $35, which was the person's question.

The game, how it is now and with the possibility to add the extra DLC is worth that price, for the amount of entertaining it gives you and for the quality.
This game was not worth it release day, but it is totally worth it now.
