Given how this is a staple of modern board gaming I'd bet this price point as starts to become the new norm.
playing with Alexa is also interesting and a good way to upgrade a 2p with an AI player 3. It works well enough.

For those that want more, we've tried some of the other expansions and there are a few that stand out. The UK/PA expansion is by far our favorite. Both maps are great. Be warned, the UK is very complex and you have to pay close attention. On the flip side, the France/Old West expansion is the worst. The France map is fine but adds mechanics that just seem to make gameplay take unnecessarily long. The Old West just seems outright broken, at least for 3 players. Because of how it works, players will frequently get cutoff from large swaths of the map. It just ends up being no fun. It's a shame because I was quite excited about that map.

Not a fan of the UK one as it has some learning curve on the rules if I recall. The flip side (PA) usually gets played the most out of those two.
Have a couple more expansion but haven't opened them since I got them. Got too many games to play; but one of these days I'll break out India and Africa and whatever else I have but forget.
