Been watching this item for months. I finally paid the full $150, but got my 3camel alert today. It's a great device. lightweight, decent attachments. It's not a shop-vac, but more indoor type utility is great.

I have this and use it often. I can't speak to its usage for contracting purposes although I'm sure it would do just fine. Mine lives on the top floor of my house to vacuum the hardwood. The swivel head is really nimble and its easy to empty the receptacle. I picked it up instead of a Dyson or other cordless vac because I can keep throwing batteries at this all day, although a 5ah lasts quite a long time on it. My daughter loves it when I use it because she follows me around with her tiny toy cordless vac and "helps".

I see a lot of comments suggesting Dyson is better, and it probably is, but thr cheapest Dyson is still way more expensive than this. If you're already in the Dewalt ecosystem, than this a really solid option for a good portable hand vac.
