I posted the deal earlier for UPGROW PB-36 4k cam FOR $57. It was another Chinese no-name but the price seemed fair for what you got (Sony Starvis sensor, super capacitor for parking mode, etc). Decent reviews all around plus personal review from the guy I know. The deal is dead for now as the seller raised the price the minute he sold 2 or 3 extra, but with enough patience, it will come back.
I am also shopping for a dash cam and already tried a couple and returned them right back.
One of them was Cobra SC200. it was not bad until it began complaining about my SD card, which was brand new at the time. Also I found that it wouldn't turn on for couple of days randomly. so right back it went.
The other one was cheap Chinese no-name, which was DOA. No surprise there.
I ordered Garmin 67w from AWD for $147 (regularly, around $180-200). Feature-wise, it checks all boxes for me. I just hope it arrives in acceptable condition.

Blackvue DR750X-2CH LTE: $305 Amazon Link [amazon.com]. *Note* You will need the Power Magic Pro module, $20-30, if you want to hard wire this particular model. All other X series includes the direct hard wire in the box and does not need the Power Magic Pro.

I assume the NT96670 chip in the A119 V3 is superior to the NT96660 chip in the Rove and both use the same IMX335 sensor, so not sure how the Rove is capable of recording in "4k" while the A119 isn't. Most likely it records at a very low bitrate in "4k," rendering the extra resolution useless.
