I was picking up a prescription at CVS and noticed this, Cocoa Puffs, and Cheerios were all clearanced for $1.99 too....did General Mills have to clear out some cereal inventory or something? Haha

Yeah they were $1.99 at Kroger's too. But 12oz is a really small box.

Not really. See, I'm a cereal connoisseur and have been buying tons of the stuff for decades. Cereal this size is routinely $2--has been for a solid decade or more--but if you're savvy you can always find it for less (someone cited Kroger, for instance).
