Been this price for the last year +
Husky did alright, not compared to a set of gear wrench tools that cost over 3x the cost. For $99 this is a decent entry level that might have what you need but might now. I would prob buy the harbor freight one though if this was my budget. But gear wrench set absolutely looked incredible.

Project Farm had Husky doing pretty well, behind the winner Gearwrench.

The Dewalt set was awful.

Go with dewalt over husky most days, but you'll have an easier time with lifetime returns with husky since HD always has it in stock

I bought this set last year for same price. Tools are decent, but I'm not a fan of the drawers. Can be difficult to open/close. Bottom drawer always brings out the middle with it.

These style drawer cases are terrible no matter which brand you go with. The flat cases are much much better

Apparently on Project Farms recent video on mechanics set, Husky rated higher than Dewalt 🤷🏻 ♂️

Project Farm did a test that included these or a similar Husky set. Ranked overall around 2-3rd place in the tests. He also listed it purchased at $169 vs the top placing set at above $300. For $99 bucks this should be a solid set for the price. If you're a pro probably go with a better set but if you are a diy home mechanic this would be great for that purpose.

My go-to set is Husky (3/8 and 1/2 ratchets, 49 pieces, IIRC). Gets used pretty hard in my home garage and around my rural property (tractors, implements, yard equipment, DIY projects). Also take it on the road with me for friends / family moves, and "do me a favor" type projects. Has disassembled many a bed frame and hung lots of TVs, in addition to vehicle and tractor repairs.

Zero complaints about the quality. Have total faith in that set.

Bought this set for the boat, ended up getting it for 60 with coupons a few months ago and disappointed at that price. 1/2 inch drive set is useless 1/2 and 3/8 both top our at 19mm and only 2 bigger sae. Also no 13/16. I have alot of sparkplug socks floating around. But really a mechanics set with no 13/16. 3/8 drive no 12 mm or 8mm deepwell but haves a 6mm shallow. Really I would prefer a better selection in 3/8 drive and get ride of the useless 1/2.
