I bought this back in June for the same price, but cheaper than when I bought this in September - $7.48, vs. $7.15 now (with coupon and 15% S&S). Works out to $3.25/lb. For the price this is great coffee, and if I didn't already have about 20lbs of various coffees I would buy it again.

I don't know why they are calling this dark roast when it says medium right on the package. I bought this same kind on a previous deal but haven't opened any yet because I had others to use first. But most Lavazza coffee I've had was pretty good, if you don't mind that it is ground very fine.

If they send you the wrong item, you contact customer service and complain. Like you would do with every other wrong item. I've done this deal in the past and received 4 bags, as advertised. Others in this thread, too.

Point is. I like freshly ground coffee as the flavor is better. Ground coffee dries out maybe, but it doesn't stay fresh for long.

My price was $10.50. I went back to SD to see what I missed. Then I clicked the deal again. It's now 11 bucks. Yes, I checked the coupon and went all the way to checkout.

Almost everybody likes fresh coffee better. Same as almost everyone prefers a Mercedes S-class over a Hyundai Elantra. If the Mercedes was $20k not many people would buy an Elantra instead.

This deal is for ground coffee for $3.25/lb so you should compare it to other options for that price. If there's a deal for good whole beans for that price please let me know and I'll gladly buy those instead.

was gonna thumbs down bc I know what dark roast tastes like, but I see it's incorrect it's medium roast! that means this is a good deal for me
