YW! Glad you like this deal. It's not getting much attention, yet I think it's slick.

This is a decent little trimmer for most homeowners. You can probably find a good refurb or seconds trimmer for your brand of choice on direct tool outlet but if you're not tied into a system and/or don't want to pay $100+ for a tool you use for 15 minutes twice a month for 6 months out of the year, this is a good one.

You are a great neighbor and I would never vote you onto the HOA board.

my mantra is "two feet and then repeat"

I have a V20 trimmer and IMO it isn't worth the $50 even with the battery and charger. You can find better deals on V20 combos.

My main issues with the trimmer:
- Underpowered
- Head is garbage and only has one string for cutting

The no-bump feed is actually pretty good.

I got it as a backup when my EGO trimmer was being replaced under warranty. Wanted something cheap to use as backup for a few weeks and it was just that, super cheap junko trimmer.

The price is ridiculously good, but keep in mind the quality of craftsman products now is pretty poor and a 2ah battery won't run very long before needing a recharge.

I bought 1.

Don't really like to trim , but at $49 and battery operated it might make it easier to do.

I got free shipping too, don't know if I'm a member or not and didn't sign in, I think it was over some $45 dollar limit for free shipping, was going to pick up, but since shipping was free took it.

I paid the same price and got two batteries. Mine is about five years old. It is light weight and does a decent job. Battery life is short. I needed both batteries to finish my yard, even when it was new.

Took three employees to find the right price in the store. The one employee who found it also had a 10% employee discount on the Lowe's app, but they didn't give me that deal.

Wow...I've never seen a higher percentage (24%) of 1 star reviews.

Taken with the 2-star reviews (7%), and almost 1/3 of the folks who wrote about this said it is basically garbage.

Maybe I'd be a buyer at $25.

No idea about the quality of this one

But keep in mind - you can find adapter to use DeWalt/Milwaukee (one adapter works for both) batteries for 9$
