This deal comes back a lot. I really like these, but you should know that using both ports at the same time really limits power on both ports (7.5w each). It's a great device for family members transitioning between USB-A and USB-C!
This is the normal price 50% of the time.
Dual ports are meant to give you more options/flexibility. And that does include simultaneous charging. Sure, both ports may be limited to something like 7.5 W. But even less than 5 W is useful in many situations.

Even if you intention is to charge 2 phones at once, a cheap device like this can be helpful. You should be able to charge a pair of 5000 mAh batteries in 5 hours or less. This can be great for charging phones overnight.

I personally keep a bunch of inexpensive USB bricks like these in a travel bag that I take on family vacations. It makes it trivial to have lots of places in a rental or hotel for the wife and kids to charge.

All that being said, I'm mostly nit-picking your comment. I think that in the future, it would be helpful to change your verbiage a bit. For example, instead of implying that 20W is insufficient for the iPhone Pro Max, you could say that the Pro Max will benefit more from a 30W supply.

Agree with the above comment. I got these on a similar deal a few months ago. They're small, cheap, & work well for my Pixel phone.

I have these and they are good quality. Just remember 20W may not be enough to get full charge speed for some newer phones, iPhones, pixels, Galaxy etc. Not normally an issue at home but if using for travel you may need more of a speed boost if you phone is lower.

Dual ports are meant to utilize the older USB-A to Lightning cables, not for simultaneous charging. 20W is sufficient for iPhone except Pro Max models which can pull 30W.
For multiple devices, a 65W/100W GaN charger would make more sense. One charger to rule them all, phones/tablets/laptops.

I just order a pair of this 20W charger from Amazon with used-like new, to save $2.

We have 4 of these through out the house and they have been reliable. We charge iPhone's, various Galaxy ultra's and tablets and they are reliable and flexible. They do everything I need them to do and highly recommend them.
