Even if you intention is to charge 2 phones at once, a cheap device like this can be helpful. You should be able to charge a pair of 5000 mAh batteries in 5 hours or less. This can be great for charging phones overnight.
I personally keep a bunch of inexpensive USB bricks like these in a travel bag that I take on family vacations. It makes it trivial to have lots of places in a rental or hotel for the wife and kids to charge.
All that being said, I'm mostly nit-picking your comment. I think that in the future, it would be helpful to change your verbiage a bit. For example, instead of implying that 20W is insufficient for the iPhone Pro Max, you could say that the Pro Max will benefit more from a 30W supply.

No. They do not fold.
For multiple devices, a 65W/100W GaN charger would make more sense. One charger to rule them all, phones/tablets/laptops.
I just order a pair of this 20W charger from Amazon with used-like new, to save $2.
