Yes these are not rich, decadent shakes..... my gripe is they're only 20G protein... but for the caffeine kick I can use these when I over slept my alarm and don't have time to make coffee
i don't need all the protein so sometimes I'll just mix a little bit of this in my coffee. These are atleast $2.50 or $3 in my stores.

And for context, I am quite tolerant of poor tasting protein products. I've had plenty of shakes that tasted awful but I choked them down. Plenty of protein bars that both taste bad and are like chewing on bricks. Not an issue for me usually (in small quantities). This stuff is on another level of awfulness.
