This tv doesn't run 4k @ 120hz. If you need that in close to this price range, the TCL q7 which is a 2023 model is your best bet if you also want local dimming. Although it's not a mini led. If you need mini led, 120hz, and local dimming, the TCL qm7, $999 range or Hisense u7, $900 range get you in there for 75" tvs.
Thanks so much dude!!!!!!

Hisense u7n has been the first tv purchase I haven't questioned.
Pleased with it, 5 year warranty and 100 bucks for Google play

So I went to Best Buy and some something similar on ALL brands of the mid-range models under $1k. Some LG were worse where the discoloration (which is actually just a lighter area, not color change) was much brighter.
I actually had exchanged my model with Walmart, but same issue.
Paid $450 and now regret it somewhat.
I figure I'll upgrade near the warranty expiration to something larger and a better brand.
BUT, I must say that the colors and the black depth on this TV are amazing. I'd say it's close to $1.5k models. Better than my old $2k Sony!
Just the lighter band around the frame... ugh
