Thin pillows can be helpful for people with neck pain or TMJ. It takes a little getting used to but has made a big difference for me. I'm currently using BlueWave pillows, which seem similar to what is posted. Those run $30-60, so this seems like a pretty decent deal if the quality is comparable.
For side-sleepers, I imagine you can either slot it between your legs to align your spine or boost your current pillow if your shoulders are too broad for your current pillow.
Well, I'll give it a shot. Haven't found much info on the brand, nor the website, but still worth trying to find the perfect pillow as a stomach sleeper.
Oddly, as a stomach sleeper, I find that if I use only one thinner pillow, I wake up with lower back pain, but if I use two standard pillows I sleep comfortably. Probably has something to do with periodically turning to the side at night, but the vast majority of my sleep is stomach. Not crapping on the deal -- I know that thin pillows work for a ton of stomach sleepers -- but this is just my experience.
