If price isn't an issue, sure. Just expect MSRP for a while..

I agree 💯. My pair looks and performs like new, plus it has a 2 year warranty... All for $110.
Lol Sonys are MUCH better. It's not even close.

XM5's are better at:
ANC - Noise Cancellation is definitely better. I use them when I travel on airplanes.
Sound quality - They are pretty close but I would say Sony has a slight edge depending on what you are listening to.
Buds3 Pro's are better at:
Voice calls are significantly better. I can be in the middle of a loud crowd and the person on the other line can hear me clearly with minimal background noise. I use them for work all the time (voice calls & Zoom meetings).
Bluetooth range - Range is much better on these (even better than Buds2 Pro). I can go up/down stairs at home or go to the restroom at work without losing signal.
App - Hands down better with more features like adaptive listening mode, customization, LED lights, etc...
$180 for XM5 is actually a great price but new Buds3 Pro's can be bought for $150 or less.

Depends how you use it. I have both styles and prefer WF because I tend to sweat a lot , especially in summer, after hours of use. WH is really nice too especially for home listening for movies. Both have outstanding NC, but it can get less effective over time from foam pads or ear buds tips which need replacing every few months. I personally have thousands of hours of use and use WF daily for portability, LDAC is nice on both and doesn't have lip sync issues like years ago. LDAC vs anything else and most won't be able to tell the difference .
