I have these and they have connectivity issues. I am going to look at swapping them out with Samsung

I have had these for a while. They are very comfortable and sound great. The problem is I can never count on both sides charging. At least 50% of the time one or the other is at 10% and the other is fully charged. Even if they are both charged they last about 1/3 as long as the cheap earbuds I bout for $19.99 on Amazon 7 years ago.

I have this exact problem - they're never charged. I can't stand these headphones for this reason. Sucks to get to the gym and get 10 minutes of battery life.

No. I upgraded and regret it. My older Buds lasted a few days on a charge, these often have trouble holding one. Also, they occasionally disconnect. There's a reason they're always on sale.

Stick with the live. I just received my second new pair of buds 3 pro and they just are not worth all the trouble they have ( 2 RMA AND MONTHS OF WAITING AND SAMSUNG CS BS). If you only have Samsung devices then it is probably worth the upgrade, but the denon pearl pros just blow the 3 pros out of the water. Also, the Bose qc2 buds are absolutely incredible as well. I would not even consider the buds 3 pro in their category, so yeah applied to the buds 3 normal. I would say avoid at all cost. I use my OG buds pro all the time still. I will continue to use them more than the buds 3 pro. Such a shame what Samsung has turned into

I don't like buds with silicone tips. That's why I'm looking at buds 3. Any other options?

I used Lives for years and loved them. These are finally a great upgrade in every way... Except the stem.
But I use these daily on my PC, iPhone and Galaxy. Rock solid

I agree with this. I "upgraded" from my buds2 pro and immediately regretted it. Wanted to give these a chance though. I finally like them well enough, but I'd keep the buds2 pro if I could do it over.
