Waaay overpriced these are $100-120 in shezhen. The 4TB no name brands are even cheaper. YMTC the chinese memory maker has stolen all of Samsung's technology and is now in process of flooding the market with cheap NAND and DRAM. My guess is SSD prices are going much lower.

I'm not sure the price is going cheaper. Over a year ago I got my 4tb 990pro for just over $200( after various discounts posted here on SD) EVO is lower class and yet is pricier. So, I don't think prices are going down. If anything, they have been up last couple of years.
Also Cruicial P3 plus used to be around 200 bucks and I think it's pretty comparable to this one. And Crucial is pretty reputable brand.
