I remember when I was a kid we had bath toys that this would happen to. It always grossed me out so I'm definitely contentious about stuff like this for my daughter.
Ah yes Mr High and mighty here. The 3 ounces of plastic here will sure make a dent when our food is wrapped in it and we throw out a pound of it per household a week.

Bring your own bags to the market and put the loose produce in them - further reduced waste and healthier food. The point is to be conscious and do what little you can to leave a positive legacy ✌️
