Limit 1.
I just had to track down another Acer Predator Helios, i7, 4070 with 1600p 400 nit ips 94% color gamut. Got a 15% cashback offer that maxes at $250 but I only paid $999 for the laptop so will bring it down to about $850 for an I7/4070 with great display and only 4 lb.
I was aiming for a vivobook originally. I9 with 105w Rtx 4050 from Walmart for $699 but sold out. Wasn't OLED
Going to a store they can help you track one down.
The problem is Walmart will ship items from their own stores to customers to fulfill orders with cheapest shipping possible. So most stores will not have this even if it says in stock. Stupid quirk in the system I found out hunting other deals down

Is it C1shopping offer? It's excluded laptop.

That's incorrect. It's showing $534 for me to get it shipped.
For me they said they are not going to restock these laptops, so at my Walmart store there is only one display laptop and they agreed to sell that open box laptop with 10% extra discount on this $535 but you may not get actual 1 year ASUS warranty as they might have already activated it.
Review:
It has stunning 3K display with 120Hz refresh rate, you will love it.
16 GB Ram is soldered and no extra slot to upgrade is a down side if you are planning to upgrade.
intel ultra 7 155H gives you better performance than 155U or 155V.
Good battery life of 10 continuous hours.
Its has RGB Backlit keyboard and it is good but not enough light through the keys even after at its highest brightness settings.
Good connectivity ports with Two Thunderbolt 4 for power & display, Two USB 3.2 Gen 1 Type A. It has Wi-Fi 6E & Bluetooth 5.3.
Overall its a very good deal if you can get it for $480 (with extra 10% discount for display piece) or even at $535.
