Doom 2016, Doom Eternal and Wolfenstein II: The New Colossus are all incredible games BUT none of them run very well if you're picky about performance. Hopefully Switch 2 will save us. Also Doom Eternal as of now is known to have issues on Switch 2.

So silly how Nintendo doesn't allow you to buy digital games without a physical console associated with an account. Have wanted to buy several games from the eShop prior to getting a Switch 2, but guess not.

I thought 2016 ran very well. It's usually given as example of some black magic porting. It's not going to be the best performance of any console, but that is not the expectation with the switch.
