That is 512 GB version. This one is 1 TB.
Reminds me of the people who said the same thing about the Switch 2 from 2018 to 2024. It too was "right around the corner." People even suggested against buying the OLED model because of it....

It's been announced for a launch in Q4 2025.

Back to my Nintendo Switch analogy, that went through nearly a decade of "generations" before the Switch 2 was ever made official.
All I am saying, don't count your OLED's before they are hatched, you'll be waiting a while bored in the corner while the rest of us our enjoying our real device in the here and now.

But the previous poster still has a valid point about buying this at $600. It's been cheaper multiple times. Makes this deal warm at best.
My point was and is: there is always another 'generation' or something better on the horizon / rumored / leaked / blah blah blah, might as well never consider buying anything if you are waiting for all technology to plateau and manufacturers to declare they are done with development....but then people will complain they "abandoned" the product and the reddit hivemind will boycott them in retaliation.
Just keep in mind that later this year Legion Go 2 will come out with a VRR OLED display, Z2 extreme chip, and larger battery.
The display and battery life were my main complaints about this device that made me go with ROG Ally X instead. The other big issue is Windows but that's fixed with Bazzite.
