Moen pull down faucets have performed the best in the kitchen (used to be American Standard, but their new design has problems. we even have an 8 yr old American Standard pull down faucet in service, 0 issues at all).
Moen single handle faucets and Moen shower kits have performed the best in the bathroom (we go with Adler which is consumer grade, but uses their standard Duralast cartridge and their standard valve assembly)
We no longer use Delta since their cost cutting has created a lot of problems for us regarding cartridges that jam up, and faucet nozzle threads that strip out when you try and re-attach the aerator and then the faucet has to be tossed. No joke, we used to have to replace Delta cartridges every 2 or 3 years. It was spiraling out of control
The only glacier bay faucet we are willing to use, is the $44 standard single handle kitchen faucet + sprayer combo. That faucet is actually the old Delta design, that glacier bay copied when the patent expired. It is tried and true, and glacier bay's only cost cutting was in using a white sprayer instead of a matching chrome one. Everything else is identical to the old Delta standard faucets from decades ago. We haven't had a single issue with any of these glacier bay ones.

On a shower fixture I would not go Glacier Bay or Aquasource or other no name.
But if the price is right they are ok for easy swap out stuff like faucets.
