I own this. It is not all plastic but rather a mix of plastic and metal (metal where it needs to be). Bought it last time it popped up here for this same price. It's perfect for $20 and the swivel head is actually nicer than I expected.

Are there better faucets available, yes. Are there better faucets available for $20, I highly doubt it.

These fixtures only have to be bought and replaced once every like two decades. The hassle in removing and replacing a cheap one isn't worth the difference to just purchase a premium and better-looking product. Moen also provides great warranty support. Just pay the $80 and get a nicer fixture.

Replaced all 3 of my bathroom faucets with these (and I'm not too handy) last time they came up on here. Took almost very little effort and well worth the price!

Mine is a swivel head, same brand diff model, excellent addition to the bathroom sink set-up. Would not hesitate to buy this one if I needed a new one.

Bought this some time back. Maybe 5-6 years. Leaked on the hot side in a year. Replaced with a Moen and all good ever since. YMMV.

Agreed. I bought these and quickly canceled the order once I learned there were plastic parts.

None of the product descriptions on Amazon are trustworthy. The reviews on Home Depot are much more reliable.

The "metal" parts of faucets in this price range are thin hollow sheet metal over plastic, no cast metal handles or anything like that. For $20 it's fine if you plan on replacing it in a couple years.

I don't have a problem with buying a plastic fixture, I wish they'd just go all the way and make it out of heavier duty, nicer plastic rather than trying to fake that it's a metal product.
