This should be obvious to most people, but if you're ever using these expensive shampoos for dandruff, ALWAYS have a 2nd shampoo to use. The 2nd shampoo you use first. You get into the shower, wet your hair, use the cheap 2nd shampoo to rinse all the oils out of your hair. Then once you do that, lather the dandruff shampoo into your scalp and leave it in your hair while you finish the rest of your shower. If you do this you will use way less product. The dandruff shampoo doesn't lather as well with the oil in your hair. You're just wasting money if you don't have a 2nd shampoo.
Yep. I also recommended it to a friend who has SebDerm and it solved things for him too. I did 2 weeks with it pretty heavy on overnight and now just need a few drops once a week on my scalp and I'm good to go.

Flaks gone, itching gone, scaling gone, scabs gone. EVERYTHING. Life changer, honestly
Selsun Blue Naturals is 8 bucks for 11 ounces at Walmart and has the same 3% salicylic acid.

I tried this and there was no impact. Tried nizorol and and got immediate results for scalp itch/flaking/scales.

More info please. What product to use, and in which proportion?

There's a shampoo called Jupiter, I swear it cured my dandruff/psoriasis of 20 years in a week's use.

Had to find an alternative to the T-gel that got discontinued (max strength)

I use from a brand called Sports Research. The key is that you want that has C8 and C10 oil… NOT C12. Do not buy the version that has C12. C12 will feed any bacteria on your skin and will make things significantly worse. Ask me how I found out Smilie

Here is the link: https://www.amazon.com/dp/B076QZPZDX

I shower, wash my hair of any product and then part my hair down the middle and dab the oil on my fingers and rub it into my scalp.

I then put a clean towel down on my pillow and leave it overnight, then shower and wash it out in the AM. I did this for 2 weeks straight. Now, I do it once a week, about 20 minutes before I shower.

I also used to get it in my mustache/beard/eyebrows and I did the same application there and it totally went away!

Copying what I posted above just to make sure you see it:

Edited to add: I've been to many dermatologists and tried many things. All the creams, all the shampoos, all the stuff. This was the only thing that worked and worked permanently.

if nizoral does not work anymore, try selenium.
