Had to find an alternative to the T-gel that got discontinued (max strength)
I use from a brand called Sports Research. The key is that you want that has C8 and C10 oil… NOT C12. Do not buy the version that has C12. C12 will feed any bacteria on your skin and will make things significantly worse. Ask me how I found out

I shower, wash my hair of any product and then part my hair down the middle and dab the oil on my fingers and rub it into my scalp.
I then put a clean towel down on my pillow and leave it overnight, then shower and wash it out in the AM. I did this for 2 weeks straight. Now, I do it once a week, about 20 minutes before I shower.
I also used to get it in my mustache/beard/eyebrows and I did the same application there and it totally went away!

Copying what I posted above just to make sure you see it:

Edited to add: I've been to many dermatologists and tried many things. All the creams, all the shampoos, all the stuff. This was the only thing that worked and worked permanently.
