2000? is that a typo missing a zero ? that cant be right. Surely its individual based on credit history.
Can't you transfer some credit limit from another Citi card if it's that low?

The good part of this card is, the manager and the citi team behind this card tries to help you all the ways to get the Thankyou points and i will give a shot out to manager team, but not the credit card settlement teams.

Most likely, yes. Most cards have anywhere from a 1 to 5 year period that you can't reapply. Although some, like American Express Platinum say it's a lifetime restriction, yet they offered me another sign on after only cancelling for less than a year.
You can see the buy sell spread selling Amazon or Walmart gift cards to a reseller to see if that would eat too much profit. Most of the articles around manufacturered spending are talking about spends in excess of 25k/mo, not 1.5k/mo...
Same here. The reason is I got too many credit cards. I have 5 in total.
