Kind of? I think regular JIF has just 2g added, but since we're talking about chocolate flavored, I'd say not really. But it's still important to know for people who are switching for weight or diabetes management purposes since it is cane sugar and not artificial sweetener.
Really depends on what you compare it to. I buy the plain "pure" version of this powder, which is 100% peanuts with nothing else added. I add it to my protein shake in the morning along with a tablespoon of cocoa powder and I get similar flavor to this, but unsweetened. The sweeteners in the protein powder I use are good enough for me (and I mix everything with 32oz of water/ice, so it's only slightly sweet). Sometimes I'd add a bit of sugar free flavoring syrup, or shredded coconut, for variation and to make it a bit sweeter
If you want no added sugar, go for the Simply Peanut variety of PBFit. It's more expensive, yes, but tastes great and is 100% peanuts. Currently sitting at $13.54 with S&S on Amazon for the 24oz.
yes, great for smoothies for sure. Personally I almost exclusively use it in oatmeal. Quick Oats made with almond milk, 2Tbsp of this, and a sliced up banana 😋

I do the same and also just tried 2 scoops no carb chocolate, 1 scoop regular pbfit and 1 scoop supergreens. Nice chocolate pb mint flavor. Unsweetened almond milk

can you share the steps? Do you leave it overnight in a fridge, or is this something you heat up?
