Edit: This is what I found online although it is not specific to this exact model. Looks like there is no method to upgrade the memory later on.
Unlike the DDR laptops, the LPDDR4x laptops are not upgradable. The memory is directly soldered on the motherboard. This might be a deal-breaker for a lot of people who want a system with upgradeable memory.

Not all of them, I was able to pick mine up for that price. But he made it seem as if Samsung was charging more on the card which I did not hear of anyone saying that
