Make sure you spend the $6 on the 2 year warranty, because these things do not last 2 years before stick drift.

Fair, but my last controller got drift after only 6 months. It's a well documented issue with these controllers. I believe the stock warranty is only 90 days.
I think the $6 is well worth it to guarantee you get at least two years out of it, but to each their own. And I say that as someone who never buys warranties.

For anyone reading this: the complaints about stick are not exaggerated. Mine that was packed in with the Xbox Series S got stick drift after about 6 months of occasional use. If you buy one, and it is a good price, you 100% need the warranty. The left stick input is pointed straight down.

I'm used to the Best Buys in house warranty, does target give u a replacement for same controller or gift card for the amount u purchased it for?
