People aren't hating because it's cheaper elsewhere. People are hating because it's proprietary and basically double the price of a similar solution on PS5.

$359.99 is the new MSRP for this drive, you can see this on Seagate's website. So while you think it's on sale, it really isn't

One of very few decisions they've made recently that are not customer friendly. Really wish they had not done this and just designed a simple accessible nvme m.2 slot 🙄 they've had so many wins and customer friendly home runs outside this trash.
