I don't know what you mean by i9. This is about the same as last year's i9 13900h except with better battery life. If you mean HX processor, those do not exist on such a slim and lightweight laptop, and have half the battery life.
Almost the same specs except a Core i9 vs i9 ultra.
The M16 does not have an OLED display though.

You either want a MacBook-like experience and don't need the extra performance or you NEED the performance. If you need it then thin and light is never going to work for you.

I don't have the membership but I'm assuming I'd have 60 days to return it if I get it and buy this instead of the paltry 15 days...60 days of better price adjustment if it happens.
Yes on the M16, you can upgrade the Ram to 64GB & NVME SSD with a second slot available & battery upgradeable to a higher Amp for longer run time. The display is very good actually - non glare which is better for visibility. Potential for burn outs on OLED.
