I think there's an extra m2 slot available if you need more storage or if you're like me and just like to keep your files on a different hard drive say if you have to restore windows from a previous backup

I think if you forward to the one minute 37 second mark or so
different model number but assuming it's the same? I know for the Asus Tuf 15 editions there was an extra m2 slot so assuming they kept that option for the 16 version? Hopefully someone who knows more can step in and confirm
there's a reddit thread here that may help too they seem also think there's a second m2 slot though one user had a rather strange experience where he had to reinstall Wini 11 completely after installing the 2nd hard drive and after that both hard drives were recognized and the laptop was okay (guessing that was just some strange one off computer being goofy doesn't happen all the time kind of thing)

Regarding RMAs, there is a note in the box saying that you can go through Best Buy for warranty support. Definitely do that if something comes up.
Well built, nothing seems cheap or easy to break on it. It is not all metal but that's intentional for better drop protection to meet the Milspec rating.
Has been very quiet even under heavy load.
No problems with games so far, I just use the laptop screen and it's quite nice.
Minor gripe would be if you don't lock it into GPU or APU then it switches back and forth a lot depending what you're doing at that moment. It's supposed to do this so it isn't unexpected behavior it just annoys me when I'm switching back and forth or cycling through multiple programs and it's switching GPU/APU on the fly. I normally just lock it to one or the other when I know it will be doing it a lot and know which it will be using for most of what I'm doing so not really an issue.
