Just FYI, I believe all LPDDR5 models have soldered ram

Open box was for same price all the time. Only bitter thing is that 4080 version is WAY better because of ram and wapor chamber, I wish I can find 4080 for this proce open box

Irrelevant that open box was the same price. First: open box is not the same as new or even refurbished. Second: when they mark down prices they also reduce open box prices. I'm seeing open box as low as $1359 right now.

This laptop is garbage. Soldered ram and no expansion slot. No reason for this level of laptop to be 16GB. Also, ths cooling is cheap and not vapor chamber that is in the 4080 model.

These feel way more premium than the previous versions because of those aluminum frames. I hate the diagonal line on the top, though, about the only thing I dislike other than the soldered ram.
