there is zero reason to put 64gb of ram in this machine.
It depends on your needs. For most users, 64GB of RAM might be overkill, but if you're running memory-intensive applications, virtual machines, or working with large datasets, it can be beneficial. It can also future-proof your system and improve overall performance.
I've been preferring AMD for a few years now. Intel has had lots of issues with their processors lately, and AMD has had better bang-for-buck.

It appears that RAM is soldered? Is there any 2 in 1 laptop with similar configurations and can be upgradable to atleast 64GB RAM?

Hinge is better than the typical MSI and Dell I've been getting. Build is generally solid. The only knock is the laptop gets scratched MUCH easier than others. My laptop looks like it's been used more than 8 years but it's relatively new.

Amen, I think 'most users would not benefit from 64gb of ram in this machine' would have been a much better statement. There are plenty of reasons for it though. You don't need to be overtaxing an i9 or maxing out a 4090 to enjoy the benefits of more memory.

I have the Yoga 7. It's a stronger build material and maybe has a barely better screen. The HP has more USB connections though. Yoga has only 1 USB A slot. The HP also has below average performance on long tasks. Thermal throttles heavy from the review I read.

On a x360 convertible? That's like complaining a compact has crap trunk space compared to a truck, and there isn't enough engine power to attach a big enough trailer.
If you have special needs, buy the right tool for your special needs.

4k video/game rendering and up should be the only reason for 32gb and up.

What about just regular gaming? Anyone have experience gaming on one of these?
