Is it the Intel chip? I thought they were making power efficient chips now in order to compete with Snapdragon and Ryzen AI.
Can anyone please share if the speakers are XPS level? That would be the cherry in top.

Processor is one generation earlier - being a Meteor Lake instead of the latest Lunar Lake.
That's important to know as Lunar Lake was the energy efficient one.

At this price I can get a Mac air that performs better and have the screen with nits.

What Mac Air can you get with 32 gigs of memory and 1TB of storage? Also, I think the screen on this one ia better than Mac Air.
You can get an m3 with 16gb when it goes on sale. The screens may not be oiled but they are higher nits. With unified, the 16 would probably perform pretty close to this laptop and its Arc graphics, if not better.
This Dell has a 600 nits screen whereas Mac Air M3 reports 500 nits. I am not sure what you are conplaining about.
