Almost the same specs except a Core i9 vs i9 ultra.
The M16 does not have an OLED display though.

I don't know what you mean by i9. This is about the same as last year's i9 13900h except with better battery life. If you mean HX processor, those do not exist on such a slim and lightweight laptop, and have half the battery life.

I don't have the membership but I'm assuming I'd have 60 days to return it if I get it and buy this instead of the paltry 15 days...60 days of better price adjustment if it happens.

1 inch increase in every dimension is MASSIVE lol - it's not that big of a difference. The best option currently available is the Legion Pro 7i in my opinion and it's about 2 lb heavier.
Pro 7i weight: 6.1 pounds
Pro 7i dimensions: 0.86" x 14.3" x 10.3"
G16 weight: 4.1 pounds
G16 dimensions: 0.59" x 13.97" x 9.72"
You either want a MacBook-like experience and don't need the extra performance or you NEED the performance. If you need it then thin and light is never going to work for you.
